1. Service Agreement

By booking a ride with W Leemo ("Company"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Our services include luxury ground transportation in the Miami and South Florida area, including airport transfers, point-to-point, hourly service, corporate travel, and special event transportation.

2. Reservations & Quotes

All quote requests submitted through our website are non-binding estimates. Final pricing is confirmed via email or phone. A reservation is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from our team. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, though we accommodate last-minute requests subject to availability.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are free of charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted price. No-shows will be charged the full quoted amount.

4. Wait Time

For airport pickups, we provide a complimentary wait time of 30 minutes after flight landing for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights. For all other pickups, a 15-minute grace period is provided. Additional wait time is charged at the applicable hourly rate.

5. Payment

Payment terms are communicated at the time of booking confirmation. We accept major credit cards and corporate billing arrangements. Gratuity for your chauffeur is not included in the quoted price and is at your discretion.

6. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to treat our vehicles and chauffeurs with respect. Smoking, consumption of illegal substances, or any behavior that damages our vehicles is strictly prohibited. The passenger may be held liable for any damage to the vehicle during the service.

7. Liability

W Leemo carries full commercial insurance coverage for all vehicles and passengers. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for items left in our vehicles, though we make every effort to locate and return them.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
